INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING
1. Find ‘Invitation to Enter’ form in the ‘Invitation’ document and follow the instructions printed on it.
Swimmers who do not have an an invitation may enter if they have times between the CT and CUT OFF times
and are ASA category 2. Use the entry form (non invitation).
Note:
- Invitations are based on ranking data as of 23rdApril.A second set ofdata will be sent on the final closing date in June.
- Any swimmer who improves a time in an event for which they have an invitation need take no further action, as the improved time will automatically be taken from the second set of data.
- Any swimmer who obtains a time for a NEW event may add this new event manually to the end of their completed invitation form.
- 10yr old girls and 10/11yr old boys may add 100m events to their invitations ONLY IF they qualify for and enter the 200m event in the same stroke.
- Swimmers who finished 1st2ndor 3rdin an event at the 2012 Dorsets may NOT enter that event in this competition.
- Swimmers with a Regional Qualifying Time in an event are excluded from entering the same stroke/distance in this competition
- Swimmers with a National Qualifying Time in any event are excluded from entering all events in this competition
2. Print and complete the Health Form .
You do not need to do this if you have already completed a health form for 2012 DORSETS
3. Make cheque payable to PSC (remember admin cost)
4. Hand completed entry to any swimming coach and email openmeets@pooleswimingclub.org.ukto confirm entry.

ADMIN FEE: 50p per event entered. Maximum £2.50 per family
